About 4 years ago I reached a crossroads. Very few parts of my life were in alignment.

If I can think of two words that best describe that time for me, it would be overwhelmed and exhausted.

Overwhelmed because I felt like I was drowning in disarray and exhausted because carrying the weight of an unaligned + chaotic life is an unbearable load.

I knew if I wanted change, I had to be the one to do something about it. And since I had NO idea what my first action step would be, I used my words.

I got quiet. I got clear. I meditated. I envisioned. I called my desired future into my current reality by intentionally speaking -- in a very detailed fashion -- what I wanted my life to look like.

It may sound a little out there but trust me, I am living proof that it works.

What I realized is that our Creator made us creators. And the way that we create is by our words.

Whatever you speak, you begin to believe; and whatever you believe, you consciously and subconsciously begin to create it in your physical world.

It ALL starts in the mind.
